Cookies and storage
PinaSweldo sets no cookies. It remembers your settings in your browser’s own storage, which never leaves your device. There are no analytics, ads or tracking pixels.
Cookies
PinaSweldo’s own code never sets a cookie. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, can set a strictly necessary security cookie in some cases:
__cf_bm, if Cloudflare’s bot protection is switched on for the site. It helps tell people from automated traffic, isn’t linked to anything in PinaSweldo, and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.cf_clearance, only if Cloudflare asks your browser to pass a security check. It records that you passed, so you’re not asked again for a while.
The survey page may also show a Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep out bots. Turnstile is not used for advertising or to follow you across sites. These are security measures, set by Cloudflare under its cookie policy and privacy policy.
What PinaSweldo saves in your browser
These entries live in your browser’s local storage, on this device only, and are read by the page itself. Your inputs also appear in the page link so you can share a result; loans never do.

pinasweldo:estimate-check:v2 | The salaries you answered or closed “Did we get it right?” for, and when, so it doesn't ask about the same pay twice. Amounts and dates only. |
Each of those stays until you clear it. A few more live in session storage, which your browser empties when you close the tab:

Storing something here never sends it anywhere. Survey answers leave your device only when you press send, as the privacy policy explains. PinaSweldo uses no other browser database.
How to clear it
- Everything at once: clear this site’s data in your browser. In Chrome, tap the icon left of the address, then Site settings and Delete data. In Safari on iPhone, go to Settings, Apps, Safari, Advanced, Website Data.
- Private browsing: in a private or incognito window, nothing is kept once you close it.
- If the page ever fails to load, its error screen offers to clear PinaSweldo’s saved data and start over.
Why there’s no cookie banner
A consent banner is there to ask before a site uses cookies or storage that aren’t needed for what you asked it to do, such as analytics or advertising. PinaSweldo uses none of those. The settings above stay on your device and are never collected by us, and Cloudflare’s cookies exist only to keep the site safe, a legitimate interest under Section 12(f) of the Data Privacy Act. So there’s nothing to ask permission for, and we don’t show a banner. If we ever add something that needs your permission, we’ll ask first.
