An estimate, not advice

PinaSweldo estimates take-home pay from the rates and rules in force as of the date shown on the site: the TRAIN income tax table and the contribution rules of SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG. It simplifies some cases; About the code explains how the numbers are worked out and checked.

It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Your employer’s payroll, the BIR and the agencies concerned have the final word. Check anything important with them or with a qualified professional before you rely on it.

No warranty

PinaSweldo is provided “as is”, without any warranty that it is accurate, complete, up to date or always available. We work to keep the rates current and fix mistakes when we find them, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its figures.

Using the survey fairly

The survey only helps anyone if the answers are real. When you take part, please:

• answer once, for yourself, and only if you are 18 or older;
• give honest answers, or choose “prefer not to say”;
• don’t send made-up, automated or bulk submissions, or try to get around the limits and bot checks; and
• don’t put anyone else’s personal information in the survey.

We may remove answers that look fake or automated. The privacy policy explains how answers are handled.

Using the site

Please don’t try to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or overload its server functions. If you find a security problem, tell us at privacy@pinasweldo.com and we’ll fix it.

Code, content and logos

PinaSweldo’s source code is private. It is written and maintained by John Nazarene Dela Pisa, who owns the copyright in the code and in the site’s text. About the code describes what it does and how it’s checked, and you’re welcome to report errors at privacy@pinasweldo.com.

The logos of SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG belong to those agencies and are used only to label their deductions. PinaSweldo is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, the BIR, or any other government office.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
